The special session includes the following topics, but is not limited to:
(1) Urban traffic congestion management
(2) Transportation equilibrium system problem
(3) Urban road network optimization
(4) Regional traffic development and management
(5) Risk management of international transport corridors
Submitted papers through strict review process will be recommended to and published in the Special Issue of SCI/SSCI journals.
Prof. Chengfeng Huang
Prof. Chengfeng Huang is currently the Vice President of Chongqing Jiaotong University. He is also the director of Western China Transportation-Economy- Society Development Studies Center, which is the key research base of social sciences of Chongqing. In addition, he is the leader of industrial economics academic technology of Chongqing. His Research areas are traffic congestion management, project investment decision and logistics management. In the past 5 years, Prof. Huang have published 68 papers in important journal, and been the head of 64 research projects including key projects of the National Social Science Fund.
Prof. Chaofeng Shi
Prof. Chaofeng Shi is a core member of Western China Transportation-Economy- Society Development Studies Center, which is the key research base of social sciences of Chongqing. In addition, he is the chief expert of Transportation Economic Research Innovation Team of Chongqing Jiaotong University. He has completed his postdoctoral job at Sichuan University during 2005-2007, and completed his visiting job at Australian National University during 2010-2011. His Research area is traffic management in complex systems.
